If something isn’t quite right, here’s our clear, customer-first policy for skincare products sold directly through www.equanimist.com 


1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
  • Eligible Products: All sealed, unopened skincare items in original packaging.
  • Timeframe: Returns accepted within 30 calendar days of the delivery date (tracked via carrier).
  • $7.95 flat rate return shipping will be deducted from refund amount.


2. Opened & Gently Used Returns
We understand skincare is personal. For opened items:
  • Within 14 days of delivery → Store credit or exchange for a different product of equal or lesser value. No need to return used skincare products. 

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
  • Timeframe: Report within 7 days of delivery with photos.
  • Resolution:
    • Free replacement or
    • Full refund (including shipping)
  • Leakage/breakage in transit: We’ll replace at no cost—simply send a photo of the damage.
 
4. How to Return
  1. Start Online: Log into your account → “My Orders” → “Request Return.”
  2. Print Pre-Paid Label (U.S. only): We cover return shipping for defective items; otherwise, $7.95 flat fee deducted from refund.
  3. Pack Securely: Include original box, invoice, and any free samples received.
  4. Drop Off: Use any USPS location within 5 days of label issuance.
 
5. Exceptions & Special Cases
  • Allergic Reactions: If a dermatologist-confirmed reaction occurs, email a note (no formal Rx needed) within 14 days for a full refund (even if opened).
  • Subscription Orders: Pause, skip, or cancel anytime. First box follows standard 30-day policy; subsequent boxes must be unopened.
  • Gift Returns: Recipient receives store credit; original purchaser gets refund.
